You can choose from the following fitness assessment options;

  • Standard Assessment – 90 min assessment, including; weight, body-fat, VO2,flexibility, core, etc
  • Detailed Assessment – 2.5 hr assessment (can be done in 2 sessions) as above plus; full postural Assessment & Metabolic Typing Nutritional assessment
  • Health & Lifestyle Assessment – As Above plus a complete & very comprehensive appraisal of underlying health factors, and potential issues.

All of the above are followed up with a detailed written report and advice on a  suggested approach to correct any imbalances.
