		<description>I&#039;m looking to lose weight which I&#039;ve but on over the last 3 years after I quid smoking and I&#039;m not has physical has used be since leaving my previous job but also want to bulk up on muscle.I don&#039;t know where to start.
I&#039;m a bus driver so my eating times are all over the place, I don&#039;t know what I need to eat. I play cricket during the summer and I lose stamina after bowling 4 overs. I would like some help Thanks</description>
