22kg D’bell one arm clean & Jerk x 6 on each arm

The above repeated 5 x

Shoulder & Rowing training session aimed at a good, short cardio session that will hit shoulders and legs.
The legs are used in the rowing, also in the clean & jerk
The shoulders get a little work in the rowing but, using dumbbells in the one armed clean & jerk will challenge them here, especially against the clock!
