Comment posted on Low-carb diet as prostate treatment slowing cancer by Phil

Hi !
Great question, and a very common one
When the body starts to get hooked on sugar it is a very powerful stimulant, and would seem difficult to change

If you have a sweet tooth, it is something you have learnt, and you can re-learn how to eat, over a short period of time.

Do you have a balanced diet, i.e. fresh veg, fruit & animal protein?
Do you get some of all 3 at every meal?
Do you drink water? if so how much

When I get your response I’ll get back to you
Phil
