A few weeks ago we decided to get smarter on the way we buy food, cook and eat, to maintain our diet in tune with Metabolic Typing.

Although we are normally very good, we thought that we could be better, and also thought it a good idea to share with our clients, hopefully helping out as well as being of an informative and amusing article.
