Buttock Pain Hip Flexor or Psoas Stretch

Tight Hip Flexors can be caused by a lot of sitting, leg exercise and conventional sit-ups, and are possible causes of back pain and buttock tightness.

This stretch will hit the hip flexors and is easy to maintain for an amount of time if you need to.To increase the stretch, extend your arms out front horizontally, palms out and fingers downwards, this will incorporate the back muscles giving you a more beneficial stretch.
