Press Ups too easy ??

Drop the rings as low as you can so that your knuckles just clear the floor, toes on a Swiss Ball, the negative/eccentric action is performed 4 sec’s, and the positive/concentric action explosive.
This really fries the central nervous system especially when combined in a circuit
